1. Who we are and what these terms cover

duobay.ai is operated by Aximora Labs Inc., a US company. Duobay is a service of Aximora Labs Inc., a US company. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms apply to the website, the cost and certification estimator, the templates, the Insights articles and the forms. Any development, prototyping, certification or manufacturing work is governed only by a signed master agreement and statement of work. The engagement terms page summarizes how those contracts work.

2. Information, not advice

Content on this site is general information about hardware development, certification, tariffs and data practices. It is not legal, tax, customs or regulatory advice. Rules such as FCC requirements and tariff rates change often. Where a page states a rule "as of" a date, it may since have changed. Check the primary source or ask a qualified adviser before you rely on it.

3. Estimates and quotes

Numbers from the estimator, and any range on this site, are rough indications for planning. They are not quotes or offers. A binding price exists only in a signed statement of work from Aximora Labs Inc..

4. Templates and downloads

You may use, copy and adapt our templates and checklists for your own business, including with suppliers other than us. Do not resell them or publish them as your own. They are provided as is, and you are responsible for checking that they fit your situation.

5. Our content

The text, graphics, logo and code of this site belong to Aximora Labs Inc. or its licensors. You may quote short passages with a link back to the source page. Other copying or republishing needs our written permission. "Duobay" is a name we use for our services. Please do not use it in a way that suggests we endorse you.

6. What you send us

Information you submit through a form must be accurate and yours to share. Please do not send confidential technical material through the website. We sign a mutual NDA before a project needs it. Submitting a form does not create a client relationship or any confidentiality obligation beyond our privacy policy.

7. Acceptable use

Do not:

• Try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
• Scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others, or use it to send spam.
• Submit false information or impersonate someone else.
• Use the site in breach of any law, including export control and sanctions law.

8. Links to other sites

We link to primary sources such as fcc.gov and ecfr.gov, and to other sites we think are useful. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

9. No warranty

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise the site will be available without interruption or free of errors.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Aximora Labs Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, including lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim about the website is limited to US$100. This section does not limit liability under a signed services contract, which has its own terms.
