What we collect

Information you give us

When you use the scoping form, book a call or email us, we collect what you provide. That usually includes:

• Name, work email, company name and role.
• Phone number, if you choose to give it.
• Project details: device category, stage, quantities, timelines, budget range and how you heard about us.
• Files or links you choose to share, such as requirement documents.

Please do not send confidential technical material through the website form. If a project needs it, we sign a mutual NDA first. About the mutual NDA.

Information collected automatically

• Hosting and security logs. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver pages and block abuse, Cloudflare processes your IP address, browser user agent, requested URL and timestamps.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with:

Where it is stored

We do not sell or share personal information and do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. We honor these requests from any visitor whether or not the law applies to us.

In the last 12 months we collected these categories: identifiers (name, email, IP address), professional information (company, role), internet activity on this site, and the project information you chose to send. Sources, purposes and recipients are listed above.

You or an authorized agent can make a request by emailing hello@duobay.ai with the subject "Privacy request". We will confirm receipt and verify the request by matching it to the email address we have on file. We respond within 45 days, as the CCPA requires.

Security

Children
